​Ana Plyku is the owner and aesthetic provider at Ageless Advanced Aesthetics, working alongside founder Dr. Cross- who brings over 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine- to provide an elevated, refined aesthetic experience rooted in clinical excellence. Born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, Ana brings over seven years of nursing experience to her aesthetic practice, including five years on a surgical unit at the VA and additional experience at St. Pete General.

She earned both her ADN and BSN from Galen College of Nursing and went on to complete her MSN at South University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and receiving the Academic Excellence Award. Ana is nationally certified through AANP and is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and care for a diverse community.

Under the mentorship of Dr. Cross, Ana has refined her skills in aesthetic medicine and developed a treatment philosophy centered on subtle, natural enhancements. Today, as owner, she continues to build on that foundation, combining clinical expertise with a personalized, thoughtful approach to every patient experience.

Known for her meticulous eye, gentle technique, and commitment to ongoing education, Ana is passionate about helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and truly like themselves; just enhanced.

Outside of the treatment room, Ana is a proud mom who values balance, wellness, and the confidence that comes from feeling your best; principles that continue to inspire her approach to patient care.
