Ageless Advanced Aesthetics was founded by Leanne Cross, MD, whose more than 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine established the practice’s signature approach: results that are natural, refined, and never overdone. From the beginning, Dr. Cross built Ageless on the belief that aesthetic care should feel personal; rooted in medical integrity, guided by artistry, and delivered with intention.

As the practice evolved, that philosophy has remained at its core. Ana Plyku, ARNP, has been personally trained and mentored by Dr. Cross; developing a shared approach grounded in advanced technique, thoughtful treatment planning, and an appreciation for balance and proportion. Through years of close collaboration, a consistent vision of care was formed. One that's precise, conservative, and deeply individualized.

Today, Dr. Cross and Ana work closely together, collaborating on patient care and maintaining the standards on which Ageless was built. Their partnership reflects a seamless blend of experience and continuity, offering patients the confidence of physician-led expertise alongside a modern, detail-driven approach to aesthetic medicine.
